With every brush stroke, a piece of the story is expressed through ones soul. Whenever a vision pronounces itself to someone, it clings to them like an oath unfulfilled until the task is complete. Ice fishing under a full moon is a spectacle that grasped my inspiration. When the sun goes down, the air becomes exhilarating as it cuts the breath. Bright stars fill the sky before the moon creeps over the ridgeline. Dangerous cold temperatures are shielded away in a thin walled ice shelter, hopefully your prepared for cold! When the proper accomodations are made, a luminous frozen ice cube is quite something to be on under a full moon.

In the slumber of an ice hut with heat, it feels quite luxurious to be out under such magnificent conditions. As the ice crystals form on the walls of my ice hut, every trout caught are my dreams of the good ole days. Under a bright full moon, the whole lake and the surrounding mountains are illuminated under the energy of the moon, portraying a whole different world than before.......
